Rose Morsh

Rose Morsh is the founder of InventiveMinds and a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in child development and education. She began her career in her early twenties in marketing and neuroscience research at a publicly traded child development company, later serving as Ontario Project Director for eight years. Rose went on to establish InventiveMinds, growing it into a network of standalone programs and agency-based services across Ontario. With extensive experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, Rose has overseen operations with annual revenues of up to $10 million. Her expertise includes strategic planning, mediation, negotiation, and business development, with a focus on helping individuals turn ideas into sustainable, successful ventures.
